If you’re anything like me, you dread the junk mail we get every week. Well, I’ve got a tip for you: Renew your membership when you get that first notice in July and it’ll cut down on some of the mail box stuffing. By now, The American Legion has started the process of preparing renewal notices and cards for the 2010 membership year. I’ll receive new cards, and the first round of renewals will go out soon. Then they’ll send out several more before the end of 2009, UNLESS you renew with the first notice! This will save postage and time.
I want to thank those who turned out for our election last month.
I am very appreciative of the support that we’ve
enjoyed this year, and grateful for the opportunity to continue
to build on our many successes.
I hope those of you who have recently joined our ranks will find
something which is important to you and become a part of what we are
building with every activity and project we embark on.
